Selamat Hari Raya

Hari Raya Aidilfitri is finally here! yeay! And it's so far the happiest one! :) I managed to seek forgiveness from almost everybody including my friends, relatives, etc. I dont think I can post everything about my Raya here, but I'll try my best. There are sooooo much to tell, but I'll try my best laa.. :)

On the Raya's eve, we had our tradition Takbir Program from house to house within our neighbourhood. We started from Roy's (Firdaus) house and it went all the way down the hill to The mayor's house. It was a really enjoyable and great moment for us, who didn't go back to our hometown village during the Raya's eve. There were around 8 houses in total dat night that we went. What the bad thing about dat night, I didn't get any duit raya! Hmph!! all my brothers got the Duit Raya! Hish jeles! hahaha but it's okey laaa... for someone with the age as mine... (22 - 23), it's normal laa if we dont get any Duit Raya rite? hehe... its ok!

So... that night, I prepared my Baju Raya... Owh before I forgot, my baju melayu is not the same thing as what I've planned before. The taylor used my material for my Dad's baju and my Dad's material for mine. Owh!! How upset my mother really was when he (Ze Taylor) sent the Baju(s) 3 days before Hari raya. Mak was marah2ing die.. and his face was really Nangising-one.. But its okeylaa.... Mak said that his (Ze Taylor) workmanship is really nice and classy... standardlah kirenye... I think I've to agree with her... I really like my Baju Rayu regardless what colour it should supposedly be! (AB kan colour blind... like I car.. ahhaa). Okay back to that previous story.. I was busy preparing my Baju Melayu and I slept quite late gak dat night... Raya-Excited has never leave me during Raya's eve.

So, the first Raya finally came. I woke up early (tido lambat pkol 5 tgk arsenal 4 - 0 Porto), around 6.30. Gosh I missed the usual 5.00 am Sahur-Wake-Up that I've faced for 30 days straight before dat morning. I quickly took my bath and wore my Raya outfit. It was Dark Brown with Browny-White songket. I performed my Subuh prayer before going down stairs calling my Mak and brothers. It has been the tradition for my family to seek for forgiveness after the Solat Sunat Aidil Fitri. We went straight back to Kampung Delek, Klang. The road and highway were sooooo calm and empty. I felt like being in an isolated world. The tol-guy greeted me with charming smile... wishing us "Selamat Hari Raya"... I returned his smile and suddenly I pitied those who were still working dat day. Toodles ve Vroooom to Kampung Delek.!

We passed by Wan Pok's house (Wan Pok is my mother's mum) before reaching nenek's house (Nenek is my father's mummy). Pak Long wasn't there when we reached Nenek's house. Everybody was still sleeping! Aiyyo! It was 8 o'clock and they weren't up yet!?? They didn't have this so called Raya-Spirit as mine laa I guess. Nenek and Mok Su (with their Maid) were cooking at the back and They were sooo busy. I just came by to salam Nenek and took some pictures of them.

It was 8.30 am when my cousin Rafeal and me went to the Surau in front of my Nenek's house. We performed the Solat Sunat and heard the Sermon as usual before going back to Nenek's. Since Pak Long and his family weren't there yet, I asked my mother to go to Wan Pok's house first. We went to Wan pok's house and seek for forgiveness with everyone. :) Love that moment each year! That morning we did the same thing to everybody including my other grandma's house, the nenek's when Pak Long finally arrived. We took pictures and we were all happy and it was a really enjoyable First Raya.

Other activities done during the first raya are as follow :
Went to Col. Kamaruddin's house at Sepang (He was my dad's boss while he was still in the army)

It's now the second week of syawal and I've started feeling like Raya season has ended. My life's full with UiTM stuffs! FYP, Assignments, Tests, Presentations, bla bla... owh gosh!! come on come on!! Biarkan saya menyambung kehidupan yg menggembirekan ini! Huhuhu

But the highlight of the month so far is the Malam Pra Graduan (MPG)... I felt so happy that the event ran out smoothly~ without so many big problems! and yeah... we were all enjoying ourselves! :)

Hurmm.. first of all let me tell u guys how disappointed I am when I watched Arsenal - Hull match last weekend. It was really an embarrassing display of Arsenal side that I've never seen before! So many chances yet a foolish show of finishing touches by the danm strikers! Hmph... I was like "Ek eleh.... next time make sure u send those 19 years of age team to play laa Wenger!" hadoi.... Arsenal are quite sputid without Samir Nasri I think... recover quickly please! hadoi.

24th Day - Rumah!
Today I finished my Environment Presentation during Dr Fozi's class and straight after his class, I sent my car to section 15 for 20,000 km service. Due to some headache, I skipped the whole evening's classes. Without feeling any guiltiness. I had to! It wasn't my fault. Rather than going to class blanky headed, it's better for me to stay and rest at home kan kan?? Thanx Azalea for helping me out during dat day! Owe u one! hik hik hik... :)

Night time... I attended Zulie's Farewell Gathering lah konon2... but there were only 5 participants je pun. Me, Zulie, Yana, Hiddie and Farahliza. :) Zulie will be off to Scotland on the following Friday. And we had some memorable discussions, bla bla etc etc. At Kedai Kopi lama. HEHE.... bye bye Zulie... sorry for not being available that Friday morning in KLIA. :) Sorry

On the 25th day, we went for our break at Carl's Jr Sunway Pyramid and it was a fantastic one! I hardly finished my burger and so did the others. We waited at the table starting from 4.00 pm because the "Abang Burger" said that we can't reserve the tables there. Thank god Ziela brought sum stufs to do. She had to make another 4 extra MPG invitation cards for the lecturers. As usual, I ate the Super Star.

After having our break and prayed the Maghrib prayer, we jalan2 inside the Pyramid looking for sum nice stuffs that can be used for our happiness! Ahaks... Siti and Ziela bought some J.Co donuts. Gosh... it's been a long time since I last ate delicious donuts!! I didn't eat one since I had a full stomach! Some more food addition might result in utter fatness!! Fad said that "Mak ai.. kau dah buncit!" (while touching my perut (Geli plak)" Haha.... but we took a lot of pixchas dat day. What a wonderful day! (sambil nyanyi macam chorus lagu Louis Armstrong)

26th Day - Umah Dato's Shafiee
Kak Jia called early in the morning asking me to come to the Faculty. We still had an unfinished business wit the invitation cards. Since I am the communication AJK, it's my duty to make sure all the cards have been passed to the respective lecturers! How pathetic! I was disturbed on my first day of raya holiday! Hurmmm....

Takut!

That evening, we went to Dato' Shafiee's. He was having an open house sort of thingy. It was his birthday. Owh Happy Birthday to Mummy Poko also. She was born on the same day as Dato' Shafiee's! hahaha.... sooo happy for both of them! Owh the cake was really nice. Secret Recipe's... patutlah. :) hehe... I was being introduced to Shauki's Uzbekistan friends. Sammy and Ali and Ali looks really like Park Ji Sung! hahaha... and now I know that Uzbekistan's language is quite similar wit Turkish! haha.. We chatted some in Turkish. (Off course those words that I'm familiar with... like Bir Iki Uch Dort..... Ne kadar Yas? Isim? Yirme Uch, Tarkan, Serdar Ortac, Tesekkur and Elma. Haha they were sooo proud of me. Thanx guys!

The Jogging Crew

All of my parents' jogging friends were there. They had a joyous chit chats and I was being left alone, unfriendly, sad and just observing those cute and pretty girls student of Datin Mas eating and boraking at the Majlis. Owh some of them were really a pretty ones. Wow! I was impressed. And I noticed some of the names too. There was one Farhana, and ... ermm.... Farhana... and Farhana.. HAHAHA... Shauki laa yg sebut. nasib baik cute betul... hihihi.. ;p oops.. Ramadhan beb Ramadhan.

I introduced Mummy Poko to en Jalal, my Project Manager back in Sungai Siput. He was like malu2 plus some sengih2 simpul when my mum said "OooOooo inilah the infamous En. Jalal ey? haha" (off course without the Haha.. I added that up happily) :) we were sooo happy dat day!

27th Day - Uncle Lee's
Owh I was sooo happy today! We went to SenQ this morning and I bought this so called Canon IXUS 85 IS. I was happy. So happy actually. AHAHA. (:p wekk!) dunno why I was happy... I just did. It was a great camera and all my friends said the same thing. Might be pretending or pura puraing.. but who cares. It is reallyx3 nice. Me likey. :) hehe.. owh ya.. I also received free tripod, 2 memory cards (2GB) and a leather casing. Waaaaa... sukenye saye!

Abah went to KL meeting up wit somebody which left me the only available family members to bring Mummy poko to Uncle Lee's majlis. We had a light break, maghrib prayer (exclude the "light" in this task.. there's no such thing) and off we go~ Uncle Lee's house! Most of my mum's siblings were there. Uda Lah was the only absentee for the day. Uncle Lan is getting seriously ill I think lately. pity them.

Owh Awateef is now a speaking machine! hahaha.... I like her really2 much!! Accidentally I sat next to her while eating. And I heard a garau voice.. "Ayam.... Ayam...." (Zombie mode..) I turned to my left and found the small-cutish-gothic look-girl wit a comot face and was like starring at me.... pleading for the chickens. Wahaha.... I've never saw her like dat. The last time I came to grab her.. she was like running away from me plus some crying voices! Arghh hated her soo much. But now I like her new style. So.. I siat"ed" (The verb is siat) the chickens and put it on her plate. We ate happily... until a few minutes... I heard another voice.. "Ayam.... Ayam..." haha... she finished them all!!! wahahaha... I had to go back inside... picking another ketul ayam... and siat'ed' for her... and she continued eating.. sooo cute! please look at her pixcha below... and might be u get some idea of the situation. hehe..

28th Day - Kayu Manis
My baju melayu is using the materials that were meant for Abah's Baju Melayu. Ooo pity him.... Mummy Poko was soo mad at the tailor. Among all the Bajus, mine were the most perfect ones. He had the cutting right, the workmanship is great but the only problem is dat he used my Dad's materials for my Baju Melayu. Hmm.. mak sedih.. x same kaler ngan Abah... but me! But takpelah.... terima aje ape yg ade... rite?? :)

We had our break at Kayu Manis (again...) wit Syukri, Fifi, Dira and Liyana Z. It was just like the old days ey~? The 5 of us... hanging out together, some photos, aB's magic and cuteness... some Handsomeness, and Syukri's annoying acts! Arghh! hate it!... hehe.. as usual the food were great and we had some photoshoots using mi IXUS! hehe.. happy2!!!

A week before Eid

We're now inside the nights of Lailatul Qadar. As usual, during the last 10 days of Ramadhan, Muslims will try their best upgrading their level of 'ibadahs. And for another type of Muslims, they will upgrade their household, attires, kuihs, songkoks, etc for the beloved Hari Raya Aidilfitri. The heat is on and everybody is starting to feel the joy of such event. Come on people.... we shouldn't forget our first priority as a Muslim towards god. :) amin.... may u guys have a wonderful and meaningful last 10 days of Ramadhan.

20th Day - Rumah (Kujarem Day)

Kak Jia and Jijie called this day "Kujarem Day" ahaha.... they said that I was Kujarem on that day. But actually I wasn't, I was a bit frustated with my lab works progress. I can't start my lab works until Hari Raya. Abang Alif told me the machine used for crushing the waste glass isn't available right now. I have to wait until the second week of October in order for me to use it. Hmm.. just wait and see~ la la la~

So I just spent the whole evening watching Azalea, Sammy, Ayun and Ziela did their lab works. Huhu... there was sumthing happened between Ziela and Mr Z! hahaha... Kujarem jugaK! kui kui kui lawak lawak~

I spent the whole morning accompanying and helping Kak Jia put the posters for their MPG event around the faculty. It was a bit tiring but enjoyable! Can't wait for our MPG next semester! huk huk...

We break'd our fast at KFC Kompleks PKNS. The so called "We" is a combination of 6 of my bestest friends back in Diploma Level plus me. Huda, Edot (Bedot), Daliah, Samraa, Didie and Wan Zarina. It was a really shocking moment when I first saw Ina (Wan Zarina). That was the first time I saw her since we left our diploma level.. say about 2 and a half years ago. She's still the same same Ina that I knew before... no changes at all. Hahaha....



Owh btw.. Didie made a new friend.. Mokcik Keji a.k.a Mok Di. :) since it's bulan puasa.... it's better for me not to tell u guys what happened back there in KFC. Haha... maybe in the next 7 days time, I'll post the true story ey~ hehe.. time Raye takpe... huk huk huk.



23rd Day - Rumah (Majlis BErbuka Geng Joging Abah)
First of all.. happy birthday Papa! Semoga anda bergembire di umur baru! :)

Dr Fozi held a replacement class this morning at 9 a.m. It was a combined class of 2 but the number of attendance showed that there were a lot of absentees! Anyhow we had fun! Dr Fozi's classes are always the ones that I'll be looking forward to go to! He manages to handle the classes interestingly!

Owh he made a joke yesterday regarding "Biological reason why a person B feels a lil' hotter that a person B while both of them are in the same place and near to each other" ? hahaha.. sooo lawak! But he got a point there... he always teach us general knowledge! That's why his class is never a boring one.

After the class, I attended the MPG meeting at 12 noon before going for a stroll to SACC and PKNS wit Kak Jia. She wanted to take her Baju Raya and make a reservation for two at Pizza Hut for her Break. We bought some Hari Raya cards.

Uncle Ain's arrival

At 4.00 pm I took my mum to section 19 picking up the food ordered earlier for today's Majlis Berbuka Puasa at my house. The Majlis was for my parents' Jogging Friends and it was a memorable one. Some of those who attended the Majlis are my neighbours, old friends of my dad's and my mum's. Some of them were in the same group wit us while doing our Umrah for the past few years. I had to leave the Majlis right after solat Maghrib to catch my Environment Laboratory Test 2 at UiTM. Hmm Pathetic! cis!
